Sergio Nunez is an asset to Edison Insurance Company. When I first began this process, I was becoming depressed by the day seeing all of the damages and needed repairs to my home. Sergio was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Sergio is knowledgeable, professional, effective, and efficient. Sergio is patient and empathetic. Sergio is beyond helpful. I honestly think that Sergio takes care of his clients as if they are his family members. Sergio was my rock. Sergio always had an answer/a solution, and if he did not, he would research the issue and find an answer. Sergio always did what he said he would. Sergio is a phenomenal employee and individual, and I will recommend Edison Insurance wholeheartedly because of my experience with Sergio Nunez. Sergio is a personification of Edison Insurance Company's "Why" statement and is the calm within the storm that your clients so desperately seek.

Miss Green is very supportive and professional. My only negative is that you sent me two checks with the wrong name of my mortgage company. I am hoping that the checks will arrive soon. I put in supplemental claims that were not addressed my my first adjuster. I hope to hear from a new adjuster soon. Overall, I am pleased with Edison at this point of the claim experience.
