After experiencing a devastating broken pipe and water everywhere Edison made the experience more than tolerable. You sent an adjuster immediately. He did his job immediately and Edison sent out our checks to cover expenses within ten days. We have nothing but praise for your company. It's really reassuring to have an insurance company back you up in times of distress.

Overall, a very good experience. Belinda was a bit hard to get a hold of at times, but when she did touch base, she had taken action and was very helpful. We are very pleased with the resolution and would recommend Belinda again. Others in the office were excellent on the phone as well.
