Paul has served as chairman of Edison Insurance company since its inception. Previously he acted as the Strategy and Operations consultant at Booz-Allen-Hamilton and General Manager of Americas for the Stratos Global Corporation. He is also the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Seven Seas Communications.

He earned a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Gard is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
